Non-returnable items include personal care, innerwear, perishables, and customized products.

Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or guide self-shipping.

Item is inspected upon receiptโapproval or rejection will be notified via email.

3. Replacements

Eligible items may be replaced with the same product (if in stock).

If not available, a refund will be processed.

Refunds processed within 7โ10 business days to original payment method or as store credit.

We will only process refund if you show us video proof.
